DAY CAMP AT NEW ENGLAND BASE CAMP

 

Camp programs for boys and girls Grades 1-5.

Week 5: August 6th- 10th

 

Campers will rock climb, swim, learn the shooting sports, build a campfire, do some crafting, learn wilderness survival skills and even do some outdoor cooking. All the classic outdoor scout program will be offered during these weeks. Webelos will have an opportunity to stay over one night. Siblings welcome!

There is so much FUN to be had at the Spirit of Adventure Camp in Milton. All of our activities are appropriate for each individual age group. Highlights include standard program of shooting sports, nature, STEM, and athletics. All children benefit from going to camp from interacting with friends, to trying new things and pushing past personal boundaries. Children’s memories of summer experiences last a lifetime.

Our camp program is designed for boys and girls going into grades 1-5 and invites the entire family outdoors. Parents and family members have the option to drop off their children, or volunteer and spend the week or part of the week sharing an adventure with their kids (When you register your child, be sure to fill out the volunteer section).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Don't forget, if your child has the Adventure Card and you would like to take advantage of the 20% camp discount, you need to be logged into the card holder's account with the User ID on their card.

Cancellation Policy
THE FOLLOWING POLICY APPLIES TO ALL DAY & RESIDENT CAMP PROGRAMS AT NEW ENGLAND BASE CAMP NOTE: $50 of all individual summer camp fees is non-refundable. REQUESTS FOR REFUND REQUIREMENTS 1. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Council Service Center The Spirit of Adventure Council, 600 West Cummings Park, Suite 2750, Woburn, MA 01801. 2. Refunds must include the Scout's name, Unit (if a participating scout), the camp session and an explanation for his or her absence. 3. Requests for refunds must be received by August 30th. Requests received AFTER August 30th will not be granted. 4. Refunds will be granted for illness or injury (a doctor's note may be requested) or a death in the immediate family. Other emergency situations may be considered at the discretion of the Council Program Director. 5. A attendee who becomes ill or injured during camp may receive a pro-rated refund as determined by the Council Program Director. 6. Refunds will not be granted for scheduling conflicts, no-shows, weather or behavioral issues. 7. Refunds will not be granted to attendees who leave camp by their own choice, or are asked to leave camp because of behavioral issues. 8. Summer camp registrations may be transferred to an alternate session, if space permits, without penalty. 9. Refunds will be made to the unit or individual who made the original payment.
