This dinner is an annual celebration of Scouting in the Flintlock District.  At the dinner the District
Award of Merit presentations will be made along with numerous other District awards.  Every unit is strongly encouraged to sponsor the cost of the meal for its respective unit key 3's.
 
Uniforms are encouraged but not required.
