Experience everything the Northern NeXus has to offer at Wah-Tut-Ca Scout Reservation!

Units must have a site reservation before you register. 

Unit Leaders, Register your unit and get ready for adventure. Pull from your unit roster by choosing your "group." Contact Jenny.Trickett@scouting.org with questions.

Note: Parents looking to register their Scouts for camp with their unit should contact their Scoutmaster/Venturing Advisor. If you are looking to sign up your Scout individually at resident camp, sign up through Camp Shanawanda. 


$50 per Scout is due by May 1st 

Units should be paid-in-full by June 30th. Units that are not Paid-In-Full on June 30th will be charged a late fee of $95 per scout (which is the equivalent of the Adventure Card Discount)

Additional campers can be added after June 30th, however, they will be charged a late fee of $95 (which is the equivalent of the Adventure Card Discount). This does NOT apply to Webelos Crossovers.

Cancellation Policy
THE FOLLOWING POLICY APPLIES TO ALL SUMMER CAMP PROGRAMS AT THE NORTHERN NEXUS

Troop Weeks: Units are expected to commit to bringing the minimum number of scouts registered by April 1st. Units will pay $50 for every cancelled slot after April 30th (this does not include replacing one scout for another).

REQUESTS FOR REFUND REQUIREMENTS

1. $50 of all individual summer camp fees is non-refundable.

2. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Council Service Center The Spirit of Adventure Council, 2 Tower Office Park, Woburn, MA 01801.

3. Refunds must include the Scout's name, Unit, the camp session and an explanation for his absence.

4. Requests for refunds must be received by August 30th. Requests received AFTER August 30th will not be granted.

5. Refunds will be granted for illness or injury (a doctor's note may be requested) or a death in the immediate family. Other emergency situations may be considered at the discretion of the Council Program Director.

6. A scout who becomes ill or injured during camp may receive a pro-rated refund as determined by the Council Program Director.

7. Refunds will not be granted for scheduling conflicts, no-shows, weather or behavioral issues.

8. Refunds will not be granted to Scouts who leave camp by their own choice, or are asked to leave camp because of behavioral issues.

9. Summer camp registrations may be transferred to an alternate session, if space permits, without penalty.

10. Refunds will be made to the unit or individual who made the original payment.
